Order Fulfilment Processing Times

We process and dispatch in-stock items within 2-3 business days.

If an item is out of stock or back-ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible with an estimated delivery time frame. You may choose to wait for restocking or cancel your order for a full refund.
Shipping Costs & Calculation

Shipping costs are based on a weight-based slab system as follows:
- 0-0.9 kg: $6.99
- 01-10 kg: $19.99
- 10.01-25 kg: $34.99
- 25.01-34.99 kg: $49.99

The shipping cost will be calculated based on the total weight of your order and will be displayed at checkout.

Additional charges may apply for fragile items such as mirror panels and glass infrared panels due to their delicate nature.

If you are located in a remote or regional area, delivery times may be longer, and additional shipping fees may apply.
PO Box Deliveries
We do not deliver to PO Box addresses. Please provide a physical address at checkout to avoid delays.

Receiving Your Order

You will receive an Order Shipped confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Do not sign for the package if there is visible damage to the packaging. Instead, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately at contact@thermisia.com.au.

Once a delivery has been signed for, it is considered received in good condition. If you suspect internal damage, report the issue to us within 2 business days of delivery.
Back-Ordered Items

In rare cases, an item may be placed on back-order. We will notify you immediately with the estimated restocking time and provide options to wait for the product or receive a refund.
