At Thermisia, we aim to provide a seamless and efficient shipping experience. Below are the details regarding order fulfilment, shipping costs, delivery timelines, and important considerations for receiving your order.

Order Fulfilment Processing Times

  • We process and dispatch in-stock items within 1-3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • If an item is out of stock or back-ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible with an estimated delivery time frame. You may choose to wait for restocking or cancel your order for a full refund.

Shipping Costs & Calculation

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, parcel size, and courier rates.

  • Additional charges may apply for fragile items such as mirror panels and glass infrared panels due to their delicate nature.
  • If you are located in a remote or regional area, delivery times may be longer, and additional shipping fees may apply.

PO Box Deliveries

We do not deliver to PO Box addresses. Please provide a physical address at checkout to avoid delays.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard shipping times vary depending on your location, but typically fall within the following range:

    • Metro areas: 2-5 business days

    • Regional areas: 5-10 business days

    • Remote locations: Additional delays may apply

  • Please note that orders placed during peak sales periods or public holidays may require an extra 2-3 business days for processing.

Receiving Your Order

  • You will receive an Order Shipped confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details.

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. Do not sign for the package if there is visible damage to the packaging. Instead, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately at contact@thermisia.com.au.

  • Once a delivery has been signed for, it is considered received in good condition. If you suspect internal damage, report the issue to us within 2 business days of delivery.

Courier Delays

  • Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are managed by the courier service. While we aim to provide accurate estimates, Thermisia is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather events, or logistics disruptions.

Back-Ordered Items

  • In rare cases, an item may be placed on back-order. We will notify you immediately with the estimated restocking time and provide options to wait for the product or receive a refund.
