At Thermisia, we stand by the quality of our products and strive to provide the best customer experience. If you need to return an item, please review the policy below.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@thermisia.com.au with your order details and photos of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
  • If a fault develops within the 3-year warranty period, we will repair or replace the item in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Proof of purchase is required.

2. Incorrect Item Received

  • If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a return label and send you the correct item free of charge.

3. Change of Mind or Unwanted Items

If you change your mind or no longer need the item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in like-new condition with all accessories included.

  • Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to returns made after 7 days.
  • After 14 days, returns will not be accepted unless the goods are faulty or subject to Australian consumer law.


How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, email contact@thermisia.com.au with:

  • Your order number

  • Contact details

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos (if applicable)

Our support team will provide return instructions and guide you through the process.


Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: Orders canceled before shipment will receive a full refund.

  • After Shipment: Orders canceled after shipping must follow the return process, and return shipping fees will apply.


Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
  • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • You will receive email confirmation upon processing.
  • Items returned in used or damaged condition may not qualify for a refund and may be sent back to you.

Warranty & Defective Items

Our products are covered by a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty periods vary by product. If your product develops a fault within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it under the following conditions:

  • The defect is due to manufacturing issues (not misuse, improper installation, or accidental damage).

  • Proof of purchase is provided.

  • The customer covers return shipping costs. If the item is found defective, we will return the repaired or replacement item at no charge.
