The Thermisia 13W Series Smart Far Infrared Outdoor Strip Heater is a powerful and intelligent heating solution designed for patios, balconies, pergolas, verandas, gyms, cafes, churches, and commercial spaces.
Available in 1800W and 2400W, this slimline charcoal heater delivers fast, even far infrared warmth that heats people and surfaces directly rather than wasting energy heating the surrounding air. With up to 99% electricity-to-heat efficiency, it provides comfortable warmth while remaining energy conscious.
The integrated WiFi functionality allows full control through the Tuya Smart app, letting you adjust temperature (5°C–40°C), set timers, change power levels, and manage multiple heaters from anywhere. You can share access with family members and even group control up to 200 heaters for larger spaces or commercial installations.
For convenience, the unit includes an LCD remote control and LED display showing temperature and operating status. Four adjustable power settings (25%, 50%, 75%, 100%) allow you to fine-tune comfort levels depending on weather conditions.

Really happy with this heater. It heats up our alfresco area pretty quickly and makes it comfortable to sit outside on cooler nights. The build feels solid, and I like the LED temperature display.
We installed a few of the 13W strip heaters in our covered beer garden area and they’ve worked really well. The space is fairly open, but with the heaters mounted overhead, it stays comfortable even on cooler evenings. They sit neatly along the ceiling and don’t get in the way, which is a big improvement over the old gas patio heaters we were using. Those used to take up space and constantly needed gas bottle changes, whereas these are just on when you need them. The heat feels natural and reaches the seating areas nicely without being too intense.
Mounted this on the wall of our alfresco area. It throws out a good amount of heat and warms the seating area nicely. The remote and smart control are both convenient.
